We are very proud to announce that Prof Soyoun Bae-Suh has been newly elected as the President of PECERA (Pacific Early Childhood Education Research Association) International.

Prof Bae-Suh is an ECE expert and a widely published scholar. She graduated from Ewha Womans University in South Korea, and pursued her MEd in University of Pittsburgh and PhD in University of Illinois, US. She has taught in universities in South Korea and in the States. Prof Bae-Suh is joining in the College in August 2018 as a full Professor.
