Website banner TC

Besides the traditional study choices offered by local universities, Hong Kong students have the option of studying at self-financing institutions which provide a wider variety of post-secondary education paths that meet both students’ aspirations and the market needs.

To facilitate further study pathway planning for senior secondary students, Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE) has invited Mr Ng Po Shing, Student Guidance Consultant of Hok Yau Club, to share his professional advice with students, parents and career masters on choosing to study in self-finance institutions in Hong Kong. Mr Ng will give an overview on the available further study options outside JUPAS and their unique positions. He will also share other important information on admissions, including for example the latest government initiatives on supporting students to pursue self-financing local programmes.

Exploring the topic further, Professor Allan Yuen, President of YCCECE, will talk about new developments in Early Childhood Education, market trends, the starting salary of a kindergarten teacher and career prospects in Hong Kong. For students who plan to study Early Childhood Education for their post-secondary education, please join this seminar to learn more about our programmes, admission requirements, etc. Programme applications will be accepted after the seminar and interviews will be arranged onsite. Do not miss the chance to get a conditional offer on the spot!
