耀中幼教學院（YCCECE）於2026年8月11日舉辦研究講座，由牛津大學 Iram Siraj OBE 教授 擔任主講嘉賓。是次講座探討有效的教育領導如何透過影響教職員的工作動機、教學實踐及領導能力，從而促進兒童的學習與發展成果。

Siraj 教授在講座中引用多項英國大型研究，包括 學前教育有效供應研究（EPPE）及學前至中學教育效能研究（EPPSE），闡述有效領導與高質素教育成果之間的密切關係。她指出，無論在學校或幼兒教育環境中，要推動有意義的改善，均有賴強而有力的領導。她亦強調家庭學習環境的重要性，指出家長的積極參與有助促進兒童的智力及社交發展。此外，她引用 幼兒教育界有效領導研究（ELEYS） 及 幼兒教育有效教學法研究（REPEY） 等研究，說明強而有力的領導及資深而穩定的教職員團隊，對幼兒的正面發展具有重要作用。

講座介紹了經多年研究驗證的「課程、領導與互動質素評量工具」（CLIQRS），包括「持續共享思維與情緒福祉量表」（SSTEW）及「幼兒教育環境評量量表延伸版」（ECQRS-EC）等分量表。Siraj 教授進一步分享 促進幼兒有效學習研究（FEEL） 的結果。該研究為一項於澳洲新南威爾士州進行的隨機對照試驗，涉及90所中心。研究顯示，參與介入的中心在質素評量方面較對照組有顯著提升，兒童的發展亦有持續進步。與此同時，教育工作者在專業成長及運用持續共享思維方面均有所提升，並觀察到兒童在學習過程中更投入，亦更主動參與解難。

是次講座為耀中幼教學院師生提供了有關教育領導如何提升教學與學習質素的寶貴見解，並介紹了有助評估及優化專業實踐的實用工具。
