Position Summary

The post-holder is expected to perform the following key responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Prepare and organise internal and external accreditation and review exercises.
  • Implement and review QA manual and related procedural guidelines.
  • Prepare student surveys and forums.

Academic Services

  • Implement and review academic policies, and related regulations and procedures.
  • Administer student registration and records, and prepare statistical reports.
  • Prepare assessment matters including examination arrangement, moderation and presentation of assessment results for relevant Boards.


• Perform any other duties as assigned by the College.

There is research output requirement for appointees on professorial track.


  1. A recognized degree;
  2. At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in administration at tertiary institution or relevant public organizations
  3. Good command of written English and Chinese
  4. Ability to work independently and meticulously
  5. A good team player and quick learner
  6. A proactive attitude and a mentality of embracing changes and challenges.
  7. Literacy in Student Information Systems an added advantage.

Salary and Fringe Benefits

Appointment will be made on fixed-term contracts for full-time positions, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.

Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance (with dental coverage), staff development sponsorship and leave, research grant, annual leave and sick leave, and Mandatory Provident Fund to eligible appointee(s).
