The programme provides community-based professional services to families with young children during the critical first three years of life. Through addressing children's developmental needs, promoting parental mental well-being, and strengthening family cohesion, it aims to create an optimal environment for growth. The study will evaluate the programme's effectiveness in enhancing parental competence and mental wellness awareness. The donation qualifies for dollar-for-dollar matching under the Research Matching Grant Scheme, doubling the programme's impact.
