A delegation from Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE) had the privilege of visiting the Tsim Sha Tsui District Kaifong Welfare Association on 11 September 2026. The delegation was warmly received by Mr Ronald Yan Mou Keung, Chairman of the Executive Committee; Mr Lam Cho-kwong, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee; Mr Yiu Yu Hung, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee; and Ms Katie Chan Fok-sang, Honorary President.

During the visit, both parties engaged in a thoughtful and wide-ranging discussion on the future of early childhood education in Hong Kong, exchanging perspectives that were both stimulating and mutually enriching. The delegation was also privileged to visit Smart Kids Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten, where they gained a profound appreciation of the Association's unwavering commitment to nurturing and supporting Hong Kong's ethnic minority communities.

Looking ahead, both parties expressed a shared aspiration to deepen their partnership, working hand in hand to cultivate the next generation of early childhood educators and make a meaningful contribution to the local community and the nation at large.
